Sunset in the Blue Ridge

I love sunsets. Having recently moved to the mountains of Virginia, I have a new found appreciation for the beautiful splendor of a sun set. I have also recently discovered that I love photographing sunsets. There are currently at least 1,000 pictures on my computer of just clouds at sunset. There is something so majestic about the colors and the light that I can't help but try to captivate it.

 And just to attest to how much I can't help but take pictures of sunsets...this next one was taken in the car...Please excuse the dirty windshield.  And no, I was not driving, but my fiancé who was did find this a little ridiculous.
